App Terms of Service

01Acceptance

These terms apply to the Ye Xiaoquan Growth Plan iOS and Android apps, their service APIs and related support pages. If you do not agree, stop using the App and contact support to request account deletion.

02Accounts and family relationships

• Provide accurate account information and protect your password, verification codes and binding code.
• One account may switch between parent and child modes. A parent may view only children they are authorized to manage; a child may use only their own growth space.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact Support immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
• Do not sell, rent, transfer or use another person’s account to bypass permissions, points or family-linking rules.

03Task records and AI

Task rules, completion time, child time zone, photo quality, answers and service state can affect a result. On-time, late, in-progress and incomplete states are based on the service record.

Some tasks use AI to analyze photos or answers. AI may be inaccurate and is not professional advice. It does not replace a parent’s judgment. The overall average score for math word problems is used to determine completion according to the task rules.

Upload only task-related content that you have the right to submit. Do not upload another person’s sensitive photos, identity documents, passwords or unrelated private material.

04Points, deductions and wishes

• On-time completion, late completion, missed tasks and wish redemption may change points. Each change creates a record with the before-and-after balance.
• Wish redemption uses the child’s available points. A successful redemption deducts points and preserves the redemption details. Parents fulfill wishes offline; the App does not promise or deliver the offline item or experience.
• Points are not cash, stored value or transferable property. They cannot be exchanged for legal tender or used in transactions outside the App.
• If you find a duplicate redemption, calculation error or unusual deduction, contact Support with the date and record details.

05Acceptable use

You may not:

• interfere with, attack, reverse engineer, scrape or bypass the App or service security;
• forge task photos, recognition results, answers, points, device-usage reports or family links;
• upload illegal, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, harassing or child-harming content; or
• use the App to shame, threaten, discriminate against or otherwise improperly control a child.

06Availability and third parties

We work to keep the service stable, but networks, operating systems, app stores, AI providers, storage, SMS and other third parties may cause delay, unavailability or feature differences. Device-usage features are also limited by iOS, Android, manufacturer and system authorization.

We may adjust, suspend or stop features for security, maintenance, upgrades, legal requirements or corrections, with notice when appropriate. Historical records may remain available while original images are subject to the current 7-day retention rule.

07Children

Children should use the App with guidance from a parent or guardian. The guardian is responsible for task settings, photo and microphone permissions, family links, points, wishes and offline fulfillment.

08Termination and account deletion

You may stop using the App and submit a request through the account-deletion page. We may limit or terminate access when an account violates these terms, threatens service security or must be restricted by law.

Account deletion is irreversible and may remove family links, task records, points, wishes, redemptions and login credentials. The retention and backup rules in the Privacy Policy still apply.

09Updates

We may update these terms when features, services, business rules or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated version and change the last-updated date. If you continue using the App, you accept the updated terms; otherwise, stop using the App and request deletion.
